Having recently joined Curtin University after a move to Australia from Canada, Associate Professor Richardson has pursued an international career in both the academic and corporate sector in Canada, Singapore, Japan and the UK.
She is Deputy Head of Curtin’s School of Management and co-author of the 2017 book, An Intelligent Career: Taking Ownership of Your Work and Your Life, which presents an optimistic, forward-thinking vision of the careers of today and tomorrow.
Her research expertise reflects her broader interest in contemporary careers and the implications for human resource management practices and organisational performance. Much of her work involves international collaboration with scholars in the USA, Canada and the UK. She is also a strong proponent of collaborating with junior scholars and doctoral researchers.
